Good morning.
I’m currently programming scanner fi4120 via Twain.
I’m trying to set counter from which imprinter gets current value to
print and afterward increment it.
According to Twain 1.9 specification I’m using CAP_PRINTERINDEX to
achieve this goal.
Data source returns TWRC_SUCCESS when I’m setting desirable value.
Unfortunately after that imprinter prints nothing – an empty string !!I have set capabilities in order and value liseted below:
CAP_PRINTER = TWPR_IMPRINTERBOTTOMAFTER
CAP_PRINTERENABLED = TRUE
CAP_PRINTERMODE = TWPR_COMPOUNDSTRING
CAP_PRINTERINDEX = some integer, for example 10Any advice would be appreciate .
Best regards!

/software engineer/1 CAP_PRINTERENABLED=TRUE.
2 set initial value as CAP_ENDORSER.
3 set 5 digits or 8 digits as CAP_PRINTERSTRING.
For instance, set string as “%05ud” or “%08ud”.I works fine… I have checked it.
Best Regards
