You don’t see many questions asked here when it comes to compression and few of those seem to be answered well…

Very little is mentioned of icap_PixelFlavorCodes in the spec, from there I usually make the assumption that the vendor made a judgment call and for a meaningful answer you’ll have to contact them.
If you’re looking for for idle speculation, I’d say that both caps describe the ‘sense’ of the pixel, one without compression and one with compression. When the values are different then they are inverted.

But like I said, when the specification is light on details (and sometimes even when it is dead clear) you’ll probably have to get the vendor to tell you how they interpreted the spec.
