I was given an older Visioneer scanner. When I select Scan on the OneTouch3.0 panel, I can make further selections , 3 for BW, 3 for color, modes, resolutions, etc. After doing so and clicking the Scan button there, the scanner operates and I assume the image is somewhere. Where? Can I do anything with it? I’m told “Twain Session Completed”.
I don’t think it is a hardware or software problems, it is a user stupidity problem. If I select Copy rather than Scan, it opens the default printer and I can print.
I’m interested in the Scan method because I have contrast controls and expect I can get better text (high contrast) that way.
i think you’re best off using a search engine to look for a manual
