Hello.
I am handling different scanners using TWAIN, and sometimes, when they scan legal forms (14 inches length), they miss the final portion of the document.
I tried to change the ImageLayoutFrame’ height to 14 (I am programing with Delphi) and it doesn’t work.
If I change the same property to a value under 11 it works.
It seems to be that the scanner has a kind of “logical top” for height.
The scanner I am using is a Canon Lide25, and -of course- it can scan legal size papers.
Must I change some other setting?
(I would not like to change physical settings on the scanner, if possible)
Thanks.
In fact, if I ask the ICAP_PHYSICALHEIGHT value on runtime, it shows me 11 inches, no matter the scanner CAN work with 14 inches papers (using its native software).
It seems to be that there is a logical setting that makes it work as an smaller scanner.
Can somebody help me?
