Hi all!
I’m using ScandAll program for scanning into bmp files my documents by Fujitsu scaner by twain interface. Today i tried to scan more than 8000 documents. I can’t do it because after ~6000 document i get system error message from explorer.exe in Windows 2000. I reboot the OS but Windows 2000 doesn’t load. Does anybody know that does it means and how many documents i can scan for the one time?could you be a little more spefic than ‘i get system error message from explorer’? I number maybe? Perhaps a little text?
?
I can’t send a screenshot but the message told about a error in memmory address which was generated by explorer.exe. After this message we heard a hard disk click and monitor shut down. After that windows os doesn’t load.
well when you get an error code someone may be able to help, until then…
In the background this is unlikely to be directly related to twain (my .02). much more likely related to general od instability (could be a full disk..)
