Hi guys!
I’m working with the MFC console sample that can be found in the Twain.org website…
My goal is to develop an C++ MFC ActiveX that will be used by a WebApp.
During the development i used a Canon scanner model CanoScan LiDE 90. This model can be used with WIA and Twain.
It works fine with both patterns and it’s working fine with my ActiveX.
Now, i’m trying to make it work with a Lexmark X1100 series scanner/printer.
Well, this is what is going on… the Callback function (main.cpp) is not receiving MSG_XFERREADY, so “gpTwainApplicationCMD->startScan()” (TwainAppCMD.cpp) is never fired, but the image is scanned and the output file (TwainDS.tif) is generated always in the same folder (Temp user directory)!
I don’t know what is in fact making the scanner to start it’s job.
My theory is that the provided TWAIN driver doesn’t allow me to specify the path/file format…
What do u guys think?
Thank you
