I have a camera that has a capture button. I want to know when it is pressed. However, I don’t want my app to block another application from getting a video feed. Is this possible? If yes, any suggestions on how to do in Windows?

You should read up on windows hooks. However, that is far outside the topic covered by this form. Good luck.
