    Hi iam trying to setup Kodak scanner simulator to send me an tiff file but all i get is distored picture.

    here is what i typed in to ramscan.txt
    @image 1953 2794 8 0 212 C:213_2.tif

    what irfan say about the picture:
    Original size 1953 x 2794 Pixels (5.46 MPixels)
    Colors: 256 (8 BitsPerPixel)

    212 is address of image directory acording to tiff documentation dword at offset 4.

    I can publish the file but dont know where to put it.

    Are you getting the image through TWAIN or through the scanner’s UI?
    I would recommend updating the drivers for your scanner.

    On second thought, what is this “scanner simulator” you are talking about?
    It might just be me, but I have a Sample TWAIN data source installed on my computer and I can manually modify the .bmp files it sends to my application.

    Hi, polo.
    Have you found out the solution to this problem? I wonder whether it was the problem of your
    Tiff processor? Which kind of TWAIN scannner were you using? Are they well compatible? You’d better change another one to try it again. I hope you success. Good luck.
