Looking for HDMI Video Capture Card with TWAIN driver

I am looking for a HDMI video capture card which is supported by a TWAIN or WIA driver which has a life preview and can take still images via TWAIN or WIA. Any suggestions are welcome.

Hilary,

No I did not find a HDMI Video capture card with TWAIN driver.

It looks like that the current products have a different focus.
If someone knows such a card, I am still interested.
