    Hello,

I am receiving an error message as follows:

    “No TWAIN data source installed”

How do I resolve this issue? Do I need to uninstall the scanner software and re-install it.

    Mac OS X
    Firefox 3.0.1 or Safari 3
    HP 1610

    Please advise.
    nolanstern
