Need HELP ASAP 1 Twain Driver 2 scanners.

Okay guys
we have 2 network multifunction color printers/scanners etc.
One is a gestetner dsc224
and one is a Ricoh Aifico 1224c

A few months ago i set up the gestetner with twain and i can scan fine its awesome! I love it.

Now….. i am trying to get the ricoh one working but its the same twain driver and it wont show up on the twain sorce list. The only thing showing up on the twain source list is the Gestetner one.

Also i cant remember what i did really, but i am next door to this printer and i can print and everything. I just downloaded the twain driver and cant remember what to do next to make it work.

Is there possibly an option on the printer it self that i must enable or what!!

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

got some more info.
I opened up desktop binder and i can acually scan from the other scanner!
Its picking it up.
Now im trying to use scan to email and its still only showing only 1 of the scanners in twain source.

this is so frustrating i know its something simple but i just cant figure it out

ROFL omg >.> I got it to work but now the scanner i used for 4 months isnt showing up. The weird thing is its still named the same thing but just is using the other scanner.

Okay here is the crazy part.
On the twain source both scanners are under the same name.
As i am in desktopbinder and scanning through there it switches. I set up easyscan for 1st scanner
easyscan1 for 2nd scanner

As i click those buttons easyscan and easyscan1 it changes in twain source but still under the same name…

Let me try to sense of this all.

I have the program scan to email. In the twain source i only have 1 option and that is Type1232 Scanner 3.7900 (32-32)

I am only able to use that one and that comes to the multifunction printer/copier in my office.

What i did was i downloaded Desktop Binder
and that is acually reading both scanners but it doesnt scan to pdf it scans to i dont even know format.
The crazy part is i set up 2 scanner buttons one called easyscan
and the other called easyscan1.

Easyscan goes to my scanner
easyscan1 goes to the scanner next door.

That is the only way i can scan to both of the scanners.
the crazy thing is when i click one of those buttons the type1232 in twain source changes the scanner to the one i clicked back in desktopbinder weather it is easyscan or easyscan1.

This is getting really aggrivating and sorry for the run on sentences and no grammer at all i am trying to get this done ASAP as i am flooded with work as it is.
