please help with the following problem:
1. Company Name ************
2. we use Our Own Software Application (web application)
3. Application Description: Paperless Solution for Client’s documentsWhen interviewing clients they bring documents (example birth certificate) and we input direct into our system using the scanner
4. Twain Driver Version:2.1
5. Scanner Model:Xerox DocuMate 3125
6. Scanner Driver: 5.1.111.12214
7. Error Message EDMS has stopped working & Twaintest MFC application has stopped working
8. Operating System: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (VDI Citrix platform)
9. Internet Explorer version: 9Other infromation: Is very unstable but the OT application for Xerox is always workin
