I am having problems scanning multiple pages on my sangsum sf555p printer/scanner. I have emailed samsung and they said there should be a box at the bottom to check for mulitple scans. I see no box. You guys are probably my last chance to get this working. Thanks in advance

which version of SmarThru are you using with the unit? Multiple page scanning differs from each version of SmarThru.
