    Hello,

I’m new to Twain and I am developping an interface to scan x-Ray films using a Twain compatible scanner equipped with a TMA (it’s a Microtek ScanMaker i800).

I need to setup my application to activate the TMA. I know this can be achieved using the software provided by Microtek, the ScanWizard Pro, but I need my application to set this up without using any other interface. Which Twain capability must I set to activate the TMA or which capabilities shoud be dealt with to scan positive (x-ray) films ?

Thank you in advance for any help.

    Regards,
    Leonardo

Take a look at ICAP_LIGHTPATH in the specification. I don’t know if Microtek’s data source for the ScanMaker i800 supports this.

Thank you very much for your help. Microtek source actually supports and after setting the ICAP_LIGHTPATH correctely the TMA was activated.

    Regards,

    Leonardo.
