I am using TWAIN with a MICR check reader. The reader is supposed to scan the check image as well as retrive the MICR. I have managed to retrieve the image, but how do i retrieve the MICR string which has been read?
Should be on the extra image information in a special tag …
I’d check the extender image info – TWEI_*. My guess is if the provide the info via twain it is in there.
You might have to be a little creative and check outside of the normal range as they might have put it in custom. I’d run thru the standard twei list then try another 100 or so above custom.
Pliz help!!! I still cant figure it out.
