Hello everyone,
I have a problem between TWAIN with Fujitsu fi-6110, when my application tries to enable the source is displayed the error in log file:
TWUNK_16.EXE – ERROR – Twunk –InitFileLocks – Not Started By Twain
TWUNK_16.EXE – ERROR – Twunk –WinMain – Posting Startup Failed To Twain
TWAIN_32.DLL – MESSAGE – CTWTRACE–FUJITSU fi-6110dj(986) to GED(985):
TWAIN_32.DLL – MESSAGE – CTWTRACE–CONTROL, [ 0000 ], XFERREADY
TWAIN_32.DLL – ERROR – DSM –DSM_Entry – Invalid lpSrcBut when I use the scanner Kodak ScanMate i920 works correctly, below my configurations:
OS: Windows 7 32bits
Twain Driver Fujitsu: http://www.fujitsu.com/global/support/computing/peripheral/scanners/drivers/twain/v1021310.html
My application was developed with C# language. Thank you in advance for any helpLegolas.
Hi Legolas – or should I say “Gi nathlam hí”?
It’s really hard for me to guess what might cause that error without knowing anything about your code.
Did you write your TWAIN interface code from scratch, or did you get it somewhere, or you are using a library or component?
Can you paste in the code that issues the MSG_ENABLEDS? You may have to trim it down to just the essentials.
The error in the log suggests there might be something wrong with the pDest parameter, in the call to DSM_Entry that enables the scanner – is it a valid pointer to the same TW_IDENTITY structure that was used with MSG_OPENDS to open the scanner?Hi spike, thank for your answer.
