We want to use twain_32.dll to control our scanner.
We need to use selectsource, Acquire …
Can any one tell me if there is a documentation
i can find for twain_32.dll. We are using Visual Basic6 to accomplish this. Some one please help
Third party dlls are available but they are very costly. The free version of EZTWAIN Classic allows us to connect to the scanner but there is a custom dialog that says this is a demo version. So we cant use this

Well, more than a month late but… for reference, there is no ‘demo version’ dialog in EZTwain Classic. It’s freeware, not shareware. If you have a problem with EZTwain Classic, contact the original author (me) via the Dosadi support forums – look for the Forums link on http://www.dosadi.com

when you say “can’t add a reference of the library from Visual Basic Express Edition” do you mean that you’re getting an error? or that you can’t find the ‘Add Refernce’ command, or that you can’t find the dll when you’re arein the process of adding the reference.
