Hello,
I apologise for this open ended question in advance but I am having problems capturing images using webcams from my 32 bit application when running underWindows 7. However, there are no issues when I run it under XP.
I don’t have any probems with scanners either under Windows 7 so I assume there is an issue with devices that capture moving images.
I have read about logitech not supporting twain in Windows 7 so I am using a Windows LifeCam webcam which doesn’t work too. Can anyone tell me of any webcam device that will work?
As I have tried Twack_32.exe to capture images under Windows 7 and that doesn’t work either, maybe anyone that has succesully being able to do so can post here to let me know what they did.
This link suggests Windows LifeCam VX-1000 which I am using should work:

Most camera vendors have stopped to make useful TWAIN drivers for cams unfortunately.
I have sent you also a PM.
Best regards,

Download file from http://progenyes.com/support/videods.zip
Copy the VideoDS.DS file to your C:windowsTWAIN_32 folder.
Restart PC.
You should have a Twain Device Driver to use !
(this works using my LIFECAM Studio, so should be good for yours.. )- AuthorPosts
