    Hello,

After running the Remote Scan application for several months on Windows XP it suddenly stopped functioning. I discovered that none of my twain sources are available in any of my applications (the select button is grayed out). I have replaced the twain_32.dll and corresponding twunk files, reinstalled Remote Scan, removed and reinstalled all spyware and antivirus apllications without success. Does anyone have any insight into why calls to twain_32.dll seem to be blocked without provocation? I don’t think this is specific to Remote Scan as I have a Logitech camera on the system and it is also not available for selection.

    Thanks,

    MCL
