Hi I don’t know if anyone can help me with this.
I am an IT Consultant and I have a customer who wants to operate both an HP3030 All-In-One Printer/Scanner/FAX and a fairly old Fujitsu 4097D Scanner, attached to the same computer.
I have tried various ways to get both to work together but whenever I install the HP software, the scanning software (I have tried Picasa from Google and Scandall 2.1 from Fujitsu) will only recognise the HP scanner and not the Fujitsu. Installing the HP software seems to overide the TWAIN drivers for the Fujitsu. If I uninstall the HP, and re-install the Fujitsu scanner drivers, that works perfectly.
It seems to be to do with the TWAIN software which I think is different for each scanner. Is there any way I can get both to work?
Thanks,
