hi
I want to use Internet Explorer to grab picture from webcam attached to client machine & upload it to server.
Can anybody suggest me a way.
I am using VB .Net 2003.
Regards,
Satya
Hi Satya – I think our EZTwainX might be able to do that, depending on the webcam: Some of them can capture automatically, many of them insist on displaying their capture dialogs. Anyway, the control is described at http://www.dosadi.com/eztx/index.htm
Moderator, am I out of line recommending my own product in the forum?
There are other ActiveX controls, and native .NET controls, that do TWAIN, and I’m sure using a video API like VfW or DirectShow would also work.
