Friends, i have a simple question but i have been searching for it but i cannot find anything on this topic, something similar but not what i want.

I have an applicaton, it can only see twain or aquire images only from twaing sources, there is not option to import from file, so how can i solve this. I need to import images that i have in folder but like i said it can only import form twain sources, is there some kind of virtual twain driver or some how i can make an image or folder look like it is a twaing scaaner. Plese let me know if there is such a thing a software or driver or any workaround this.
    Thank you

    Thanks for the reply
Well it works but still it can only aquire from other cameras or scanners, how do you tell it to use a file instead of physical camera, from my application i want to be able to get pictures from a file through the toolkit or other software, so when i tell the app to scan it can scan from a scanner as well as get a file that exists on my desktop or anywhere, and im no close to be programer or anything like that, just a end user

    Hi,

I know this is a pay-to-use solution, but they do offer a trial period of one month as I recall. I used UniTwain software for about one week or so and then purchased it as it was really easy to use and it helped me a lot around the office. Visit the manufacturer’s page: http://www.terminalworks.com/unitwain

    Hope it helps. Cheers.
