helo, is there any variable in CTWAIN that we can use as a flag to identify that whether the user selected simplex(single side scanned) or duplex(both sides scanned) or flat bed in the twain acquire dialog of scanner.
yes we r working in .net in vc, pls identify where we can get help in opentwain, thanks
ok we have passed through the multiple scan thing.
now there comes another problem.
when i scan in duplex mode and save in tiff format, the application should save both sides of the scanned paper (2 pages) in one tif file, but it makes two seperate tif files.
how can i make adjustment to do that way,
seems like i have to go inside hearder of tif or something ? pls help. thanksi m not sure which mode i will use ? buffered or disk file mode seems to be better than native.
disk file seems to be even better for the applictaion, but i want to speed up also, so what do u say ?
buffer mode or disk file mode ?i m not sure which to implement. what do u sujjest to be done ??? waiting for reply.
i want to “scan and save” multiple images: saving every image as it is scanned.
how shall i know that one image is scanned, now its second image’s turn? and so on.i want to select the settings one time:
. save directory
. image type
. color typethen wants to just click once on scan and it will start scanning and saving(runtime saving, indexed in the disk) all the images.
yes, wants to start of first.
from control to image and then saving every image at runtime to the directory mensioned by user earlier in a dialog.which functions and attributes will be used and a little descrioption also plsssss.
will be very greatful. thanksi want to save multiple pages, 100 pages per minute lets say,
so far the applictation i developed will save only 1 page, but where can i go from an interface i developed that asks for location where to save and what type to save (jpg or tiff).
how will the application get the multiple images and save it where we want, will i be bringing the twain dialog every time, or one time or not at all ?
these things i need to know pls reply.- AuthorPosts
