PS: For the all other people … my need is simple … a calling program open my datasource and send to it the triple .. (DG, DAT, MSG, pData). All that my source have to do is to take this and send it to a real scanner … is I try to open a source on my it simply crashes .. how to solve this problem? Please help me!
Unfortunatelly the Twain’s documentation is not very easy to learn.
Now I’ve this situation. Imagine that I have the Twain sample source. Fine, now I have a DLL that implements a full-working twain client. In this DLL I export some function as a function that bind the TWAIN_32.DLL, and this is working loaded into the “OpenDS” function implemented into the Twain sample source, and also export another function as “OpenDS” that simply open the DS. If I call this DLL from a normal EXE he works. But if I try to open from the source dll (.ds) simply crashes.
I’m going crazy with this problem … excuse me for my BAD english, and if you have any hints … please let me know and see some sample code!
July 28, 2006 at 9:40 am in reply to: It is possible to create a source that will open another? #23469Thank you everybody for the information, and excuse me for the banal request but as you can see from my nick I’m new to Windows programming. Well, if I have to create a dll-own native window, how can I do this? I see a lot of example to create a window in a winapps, where I have as main’s parametere an “HINSTANCE hInstance”. Can I use the “HINSTANCE hModule” of the DllMain?
Thank you a lot!
