Hi Catherine,
Thanks for the article. I’ve tried the suggestions, like starting the applications as admin and transferring the dll files, but still no luck unfortunately.
I think it’s an issue with the TWAIN driver communicating with our programs, as Twacker works fine. One of the errors says that perhaps something else is using the TWAIN driver. Is there any way we can check to see what is using the driver?
Would you or anyone else have any other suggestions?

Thanks for your response.
I just downloaded Twacker, and it detected it successfully.
We’re using ScandAll Pro with a Fujitsu fi-6130Z scanner.
