TWAIN_32.DLL can only use 32 bit TWAIN Drivers. And the 32 bit WIATWAIN layer can only use 32 bit WIA Drivers.
But 64 bit WIA exists.
For your reference, we have developed professional 64 bit WIA Drivers for document scanners. So it is possible.

I am sorry, there is not such a list.
AS this feature was only implemented with TWAIN 1.7 and is not mandantory, I do not expect too many scanners support it.
You need to find a qualified support person on side of the scanners vendors to check for you with TWACKER.

http://www.jse.deChris,
That is not possible with TWAIN. Even the scanner API’s from various vendors which I have in mind do not support such a feature.
You programming languages does not limit you here. It is just the case that the scanner firmware is not designed for such an case except you have a very special scanner.
Best regards,
KaijAre you refering to DAT_IDENTITY.ProductName?
Here the vendor is free to enter “ABC Scanner” or “ABC Scanner TWAIN”.
TWAIN is not mandatory. Is that answering your question?

http://www.jse.deWhat you have posted is the ClassGuid for Imaging Devices
{6bdd1fc6-810f-11d0-bec7-08002be2092f}This class includes still-image capture devices, digital cameras, and scanners.
I do not understand what your intention is.
Best regards,
KaijHilary,
No I did not find a HDMI Video capture card with TWAIN driver.
It looks like that the current products have a different focus.
If someone knows such a card, I am still interested.Best regards,
KaijTOR,
That seems to be a message from the TWAIN DS not from the TWAIN DSM.
As user there is no way to hide these TWAIN messages.
I think your question is about 3rd party drivers and not your own code, right?

http://www.jse.deNo problem. You can start with the free TWACKER sample and use the code as start for a simple Select Source program by yourself.

http://www.jse.deIf you use TWAINCommander from the commad line with the parameter twaincom -t you will receive the requested dialog.
Just for this function TWAINCommander may be too expensive. But if you do not want to program code yourself I have no other idea.
Maybe you can make benefit of other scan functions of TWAINCommander.

http://www.jse.deBeing independend and working for several scanner vendors developing TWAIN and WIA drivers, I prefer to stay neutral and not comment that.
But I agree that it looks like you need to invest into a new scanner.
Check with the vendor that the devices is Windows HCK approved before you buy.

http://www.jse.deYour guess is correct, you need another driver.
WIA applications does not see TWAIN or ISIS drivers.
Basically WIA drivers need to be developed from scratch and be certified by Microsoft.
Please contact your scanner vendor for WIA drivers. Recent Windows versions find them anyhow online if available.
For developers there is also an alternative available to create WIA drivers called WIA on TWAIN.
WIA on TWAIN allows manufacturers to extend their development investment in TWAIN to include Microsoft’s Windows Image Acquisition (WIA). A TWAIN data source can be used to generate a WIA driver and provides a simplified path to Microsoft’s Window Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) support. This technology enables TWAIN developers to deliver high quality WIA drivers along with high quality TWAIN drivers. The WIA on TWAIN development kit can be downloaded from the TWAIN web site at http://twain.org.
