Thank you for your reply. The library does provide scantop, scanbottom, scanleft and scanright properties but I don’t set it so that it uses default.
Here is what I set before the scanning begins:

pObjScan.TIFFcompression = 1;

In the library that I use, there is no frames and units. All I specify is that I want to scan at 200 DPI, TIFF format, Grayscale and no compression. Thank you.
