“this dll please share” You need just one function from twain_32.dll.
The only good module a have seen is written on visual basic http://lmik.sweb.cz/. I have translated part of it on c++, and it works. You can translate it on c# at the worst.

I got is -.-” It was wrong writing DIB data to file.
Problem was in line “fopen_s(&file, fname, “w”);”,
it must be “fopen_s(&file, fname, “wb”);”

I think it is two drivers – for WIA and for TWAIN access to the same device.

Maybe the last argument should be &hbitmap? Function must know pointer to hbitmap to overwrite it.

    Saw your post at 29Jun.
You can operate ShowUI just in your own app, as i know. When i was solving my task (to share scanner over lan), i found a great simple source of this app, written in visual basic (http://lmik.sweb.cz/) – it helps me a lot. I just translated it in c++.

Try to google “command line twain scanner”. I know about irfanview – multimedia viewer, which can scan from command line without scanner ui. But it doesnt hide popup indicator-progress bar.
Another solutions is to develop your own app, which will iteract with scanner using fixed parameters and disabling any UI and popups.
