cannot scan image

Hello there,

Please help its urgent…

My application is able to intiate the scanner but after clickin on accept of the scanner’s software,the process goes infinite time.

I am not able to scan image…

I am using hp photosmart c4288 and its twain compliant.

Any help would be highly appreciated..

With the the model HP N6010, but with scanner HP 5550c it’s work fine. I have a Active X made in vb6. If I put the active X in a form(vb6) it’s ok. Also if I make a html with the object(active X) and the call for active X. I check the permission in IE but i think it’s ok. It’s work fine with windows 2000 with ie6 but not XP ie7 or ie8 beta.
