    hi,
    We have got an HP OfficeJet Pro L7580 (All-in-One), which has got a scanner. We want to use this scanner with FileNet Capture Professional 5.2.0 and we are trying to connect it through Officejet Pro L7500 TWAIN drive. According to the instructions we have to use PIXCONFIG.EXE in order to configure this driver to work with FileNet Capture Professional 5.2.0. The configuration process seems to starts ok but at a certain points it stops showing a message saying “There was an error during the last test” and we can not go on with the configuration.
    While if we try to use the scanner with other another software such as Microsoft Office Document Scanning, which is also usign Officjet Pro L7500 TWAIN driver it is working just fine.
    The environment that we have installed this FileNet Capture Professional 5.2.0 and the TWAIN drivers is Windows XP SP2.

    It would be of great help is anyone could give us some advice on this issue .
